Sapore di Pane and local finishing
Alnkha Company obtained a long-term exclusive agency from Italian company Sapore di Pane to manufacture bread, baked goods, and confectionery. During these years, it imported semi-finished Italian bakery products and completed baking and packaging using ovens and equipment imported from Italy.
